The art program "Ha Long Concert 2025" with the theme "Ha Long 2025 - Heritage spirit, bright future" will take place on the evening of October 30 at October 30 Square (Ha Long ward, Quang Ninh province).
This is a large-scale cultural and tourism event, aiming to honor the great and comprehensive achievements of Quang Ninh after 62 years of construction and development (October 30, 1963 - October 30, 2025), especially the breakthroughs in socio- economic development, national defense - security and foreign affairs.
The event aims to encourage and inspire pride, love for the homeland, solidarity, creativity, and aspirations of cadres, party members, and people of all ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress, building Quang Ninh into a rich, civilized, modern, and happy city, becoming a centrally-run city before 2030.
The program includes art performances using 3D mapping projection technology and a spectacular high-altitude fireworks display, expected to attract about 30,000 delegates, people and domestic and international tourists.
Within the framework of the program, there is also a check-in area "Proud of Quang Ninh 62 years" with high-tech 3D interactive art, promoting smart tourism "Smart Tourism Quang Ninh"; contributing to promoting the image of "Quang Ninh - Destination of unique festivals and events".
The event is chaired by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with departments, branches and localities, aiming to create momentum to stimulate tourism and spread pride in the heritage land of Quang Ninh.
The program was broadcast live on QTV channel of Quang Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television, and rebroadcast on many TV channels nationwide.
It is expected that in the fourth quarter of 2025, Quang Ninh will organize about 30 large, national events, festivals and stimulus programs with the participation of many famous artists./.
