Previously, on August 4, Dinh Cong Ward Police received information from local residents about an elderly woman who was lost, with unknown whereabouts; showing signs of fatigue, memory loss, bleeding legs due to walking for a long time, and not carrying a phone for contact.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Chief of Dinh Cong Ward Police directed the on-duty shift and the unit's officers to urgently verify and clarify the missing person's relatives. The officers of Dinh Cong Ward Police kindly visited and encouraged the old woman, while collecting initial information to serve the verification work.

The unit's staff contacted Dinh Cong Ward Health Station to send medical staff to check the patient's health and provide care while waiting for verification and contacting relatives.
After checking the identification papers and medical records that the old woman brought with her, Dinh Cong Ward Police identified the old woman as Nguyen Thi Tam, from Nghe An Province, currently residing in Kien Hung Ward, Hanoi City. Immediately after that, Dinh Cong Ward Police coordinated with Kien Hung Ward Police to contact the old woman's relatives. At around 9:00 p.m. the same day, the old woman was safely taken home by her family members.
The prompt and dedicated work of the police officers and the responsible coordination of the ward health station not only contributed to ensuring the safety of the people but also spread the beautiful image of the Capital Police officers - always close to the people, serving the people, contributing to strengthening the people's trust and affection for the People's Public Security force.
