Binh Duong Provincial Police has 2 new Deputy Directors

This afternoon (November 20), authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police - Colonel Ta Van Dep handed over the decision to transfer and appoint 2 Deputy Directors.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security decided to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Bui Thanh Truc (47 years old, from Ben Tre ) - Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of Binh Duong Provincial Police as Deputy Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police. Lieutenant Colonel Truc has a degree from the People's Security University, a Master of Law, a Senior in Political Theory, has been a grassroots Emulation Fighter for 5 consecutive years (2019-2023), and an Emulation Fighter of the entire Public Security Force (2023).

The Ministry of Public Security also decided to transfer and appoint Lieutenant Colonel Phan Huy Van (43 years old, from Nghe An) - Head of the Logistics Department under the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security - as Deputy Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police. Lieutenant Colonel Van has a degree from the People's Security University, a Master's degree in Law, and a senior degree in political theory.

Thus, Binh Duong Provincial Police currently has 6 Deputy Directors.

Previously, last April, the Ministry of Public Security also decided to transfer and appoint Colonel Ta Van Dep - Deputy Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police - as Director of Binh Duong Provincial Police.
