Hanoi City Police: Discussing measures to resolve complicated complaints at some apartment buildings

Hanoi City Police (CA) has just held a conference "Discussing measures to resolve complicated complaints about security and order (ANTT) in apartment buildings and new urban areas in the area".

Colonel Nguyen Thanh Long, Deputy Director of the City Police, said that in recent times, the rapid urbanization and the implementation of many housing projects in a short period of time have posed new requirements for management, operation and security. Some disputes have been prolonged, involving many subjects, and can easily cause frustration if there is no appropriate guidance and direction. Colonel Long suggested that units focus on clarifying the current situation, sharing practical experiences and proposing measures to form a unified approach, suitable for management requirements in the current period.

At the Conference, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Hung (Head of the City Police Department's Internal Security Department) presented a general report on complaints in apartment buildings and new urban areas. The report clearly stated that the main problems in the past were often related to the organization and operation of buildings, the progress of infrastructure handover, service quality and coordination between parties.

Some incidents have caused residents to express their opinions through hanging banners and petitions, affecting public order. The spread of information on social networks has also attracted more public attention, requiring timely dissemination and guidance of the law, contributing to limiting misunderstandings and maintaining stability.

During the discussion at the Conference, representatives of the Local Police Command and functional departments of the City Police discussed issues related to the coordination mechanism between functional agencies, local authorities and apartment building management units. Opinions agreed that increasing dialogue between residents, management boards, investors and functional agencies is an important measure to reduce frustration and prevent the incident from prolonging. At the same time, it is necessary to complete general guidelines and procedures to facilitate the handling of arising situations.

Concluding the Conference, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Long emphasized that ensuring security and order in apartment buildings and new urban areas not only requires compliance with the law, but also requires consensus, sharing and close coordination of relevant parties. This is a living space for a large number of people, so all solutions must aim to harmonize interests, stabilize life and create a safe and civilized living environment.

The Deputy Director of the City Police Department requested that in the coming time, the units need to continue to maintain the form of exchange, dialogue and timely guidance to resolve problems arising at the grassroots level. At the same time, closely coordinate with local authorities to ensure consistency in the handling process. Propaganda work needs to be promoted in a close, easy-to-understand direction, helping residents and related units clearly understand legal regulations, thereby proactively coordinating to maintain security and order in their living places; maintain a stable and safe environment in apartment buildings and new urban areas, contributing to building a civilized and modern urban appearance of the Capital.
