At around 4:30 p.m. on August 6, while on patrol duty to ensure public order on Route 609 through Dong Lam Village, Ha Nha Commune, the Ha Nha Commune Public Security Order Police Team discovered a traffic accident (driving a motorbike, self-inflicted), the victim was Ms. Ha Thu Th (residing in Phu Huong Village, Ha Nha Commune), 7 months pregnant, lying on the road, in a state of panic, endangering her life and the fetus.
Realizing the critical situation, the working group immediately stopped the vehicle, conducted a preliminary check on the health of the pregnant woman in the accident, and urgently, together with relatives and people at the scene, took the victim to a specialized car of the Public Security Police force for emergency treatment, and quickly contacted the Emergency Department - Northern Mountainous Region General Hospital (located in Dai Loc commune) for an ambulance to support.
When arriving at Dai Phu village, Dai Loc commune, the working group transferred the vehicle and handed over the pregnant woman to the ambulance to take her to the hospital in time.
According to the family representative, thanks to the timely support of the Ha Nha Commune Police working group and doctors, the health of the pregnant woman and fetus is temporarily stable and is continuing to be monitored.
The family and the people at the scene expressed their gratitude and deep respect for the sense of responsibility, humanity, kindness and timeliness of the Ha Nha Commune Police force, worthy of the spirit of "Serving the people".
