Commune police transport materials to help poor households build houses

Trung Thuong Commune Police and other forces support households in building new houses.

In 2025, Trung Thuong commune is determined to eliminate 85 makeshift, dilapidated houses that do not ensure safety for poor households and policy households in the area, helping people have a solid home to settle down. However, eliminating makeshift houses for people also faces many difficulties, because the terrain of the commune is mainly mountainous, many households live on high hills, making it difficult to transport construction materials.

To keep up with the progress, the Party Committee and the government of Trung Thuong commune mobilized the people and other forces to join hands, contribute, and help poor households transport materials, level the ground... In these activities, the Commune Police is one of the shock forces, actively coordinating with other forces and people.

Lieutenant Colonel Luc Van Thanh, Head of Trung Thuong Commune Police, shared: With the motto "When people need, when people are in trouble, there is the police", in the past time, the Commune Police force has joined hands to support people in leveling the ground, building foundations, and transporting materials. This activity has contributed to speeding up the progress so that people can soon have new houses, and has also contributed to strengthening the close relationship between the people and the Police force in ensuring security and order, building a solid "people's security posture".

Mr. Ha Van Chung, Secretary of the Party Committee of Trung Thuong Commune, said that Trung Thuong Commune has 85 households whose temporary and dilapidated houses will be eliminated by 2025. To date, more than 50% of them have been built and repaired. During the implementation process, the Commune Police force plays a very important role, both ensuring security and order and helping people build their houses on schedule.
