Accordingly, Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee decided to issue 01 list of administrative procedures amended, supplemented and approved on extending and adjusting the content of licenses to practice small and medium-scale underground water drilling.

Pursuant to the 2012 Water Law and related guiding documents, regarding the processing time within 16 working days, from 03 working days from the date of receiving the dossier, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for reviewing and checking the dossier. In cases where the dossier for licensing is incomplete or invalid, the licensing agency will return the dossier; the dossier appraisal time is within 10 days, not including the time for supplementing and completing the dossier; the time limit for deciding on licensing is no more than 03 working days.

The Office of the Provincial People's Committee shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant agencies and units to base on the issuance process attached to this Decision. At the same time, establish and computerize the administrative procedure settlement process on the Lai Chau Provincial Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System at https://dichvucong.laichau.gov.vn
