On the afternoon of May 29, the Department of Health held a conference to announce the decision to appoint the Director of Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital. Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and congratulated.

Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the new Director of Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital.

Accordingly, Mr. Ha Trung Kien, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, was appointed to the position of Director of Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital from June 1, 2025, for a term of 5 years. The leaders of the Department of Health presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the new Director of Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital.

In his congratulatory speech and assignment, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the capacity, prestige and working experience of Comrade Ha Trung Kien. He hoped that in his new position, Comrade Ha Trung Kien would promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, together with the Board of Directors, officers, civil servants and employees of the Hospital, inherit the achievements of previous generations, and build Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital to develop comprehensively in both scale and quality. In particular, focusing on pioneering in digital transformation, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, aiming to develop into a special-class hospital by 2030, a medical examination and treatment center and a leading prestigious practice facility in the region.
