Announcing the Decision to recognize the Director of Danang University for the 2021 term

On the morning of July 7, at the Danang University Hall, the Ministry of Education and Training held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Education and Training recognizing Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu - Party Secretary, Director of Danang University for the term 2018 - 2023 to hold the position of Director of Danang University for the term of Danang University Council (2021 - 2026).

At the Ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ministry of Education and Training announced Decision No. 1828/QD-BGDDT dated June 23, 2023 of the Minister of Education and Training recognizing Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu, Director of Danang University for the term 2018 - 2023, to hold the position of Director of Danang University for the term of Danang University Council (2021-2026).

At the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Minh Son - Deputy Minister of Education and Training presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu on continuing to hold the important position of Director of the University of Danang.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee, Party Secretary, and Director of the University of Danang; he has held many important positions and has always completed his tasks excellently.

In the past term, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu and the leadership of UD promoted the tradition, potential and advantages of UD to create a synergistic strength and achieved many important results such as: Implementing the project to build UD Urban Area in Hoa Quy (Da Nang) - Dien Ngoc (Quang Nam), ODA projects, cooperation in innovation of highereducation ...

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu thanked the attention and direction of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Da Nang City Party Committee, the joint efforts and consensus of all staff, lecturers and students in the entire UD; and committed: “Entering the new term, UD will make great efforts and determination to implement the UD Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2045, especially implementing the Project to build UD into a National University according to Resolution No. 26 of the Politburo. Thereby, UD will develop to be worthy of being one of the three leading training and scientific research centers in the country, with international prestige and position, contributing to the socio-economic development of Da Nang in particular, the Central Highlands and the whole country in general”.
