At the ceremony, representatives of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ministry of Public Security announced the Decisions of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Major General Nguyen Huu Manh, Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, to work and hold the position of Director of the Department of Internal Security; Decision on the transfer and appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang, Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, to work and hold the position of Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Lam, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, congratulated the two comrades on being entrusted with new tasks.
As for Major General Nguyen Huu Manh, during his tenure as Director of the Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh Provincial Police, he and the provincial police leadership effectively directed the work of ensuring security and order, avoiding passivity and surprise; focusing on maintaining political security, fighting against opposing elements; proactively implementing measures to prevent and combat crime and reduce crime in the area...
With his outstanding contributions, he was awarded many Medals and Certificates of Merit by the President, the Ministry of Public Security and Ninh Binh Province; and was awarded the title of Emulation Fighter of the entire People's Public Security Force. Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Lam requested that in his new position, he continue to pay attention and contribute ideas to lead and direct the Ninh Binh Provincial Public Security.
The Deputy Minister of Public Security also emphasized that Senior Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang, born in 1982, from Phu Tho, has a degree in Police University, Master of Economics, and Senior Political Theory; has held many important positions such as Head of Department, Head of Cam Pha City Police and Deputy Director, Head of the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Ninh Provincial Police. He is an officer with political courage, good moral qualities, rich practical experience, solid leadership and management capacity, and always completes his tasks well.
Your appointment as Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police shows the trust of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee in you in your important tasks in the locality; implementing the Politburo's policy on arranging key leaders who are not local people. This is also a major policy to train, practice and effectively use the team of leaders in many different working areas.
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Lam asked Senior Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang, in his new position, to promote his bravery, intelligence, and pioneering spirit; to unite with the Provincial Police, innovate, and effectively advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in ensuring security and order.
