Provincial People's Committee Trade Union: Launching Workers' Month 2025

On the morning of April 25, at the Quang Ninh Provincial Library (Ha Long City), the Provincial People's Committee's Trade Union organized the launching ceremony of Workers' Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025. The program took place in a lively and practical atmosphere to celebrate major holidays: 139 years of International Labor Day May 1 (1886-2025); 70 years of Mining Liberation Day April 25 (1955-2025); 50 years of Southern Liberation Day, National Reunification Day April 30 (1975-2025).

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Labor Federation presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.

With the theme "Pioneering workers entering a new era", this year's Workers' Month was organized by the Provincial People's Committee's Trade Union with many key contents, focusing on improving material and spiritual life, improving working conditions and promoting digital transformation in administrative agencies and enterprises.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrades Vu Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Dang Thi Kim Chung, Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation affirmed: Workers' Month is an opportunity to show gratitude, care, and at the same time arouse the creativity and responsibility of workers in the cause of socio -economic development of the province.

31 gifts were given to employees in difficult circumstances.

At the program, the Provincial People's Committee's Trade Union coordinated with units and enterprises to present 31 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances and implemented a free health check-up program worth 800 million VND for 500 union members and workers. These meaningful activities not only demonstrate the accompanying and caring role of the Trade Union organization, but also contribute to spreading the spirit of humanity and solidarity among the community of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole province.
