| Publicity and transparency help increase people's satisfaction rate in handling administrative procedures in the province. |
Since July 1, 2025, with the implementation of administrative unit mergers and the 2-level local government model, Thanh Cong Commune Public Administration Service Center has attracted a large number of people and businesses to carry out administrative procedures (AP). Thanks to the synchronous and drastic implementation of many solutions, APs are resolved quickly, and people's satisfaction has been raised.
Comrade Nguyen Van Duong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, Director of the Thanh Cong Commune Public Administration Service Center, said: Nearly 7,000 administrative procedures have been received and resolved on time from July 1st to now, demonstrating the efforts of the commune's officials and civil servants. Publicity and transparency in receiving and resolving administrative procedures are considered by the locality as the "key" to strengthening people's trust.
Not only publicly listed at the headquarters of the Public Administration Service Center, administrative procedures are also posted on the information page and Fanpage of Thanh Cong commune and sent to community digital technology groups for easy access by people and businesses.
Than Sa is a mountainous commune with many difficulties, but the locality still allocates resources to invest in infrastructure, equipment, and human resources for the Public Administration Service Center. Administrative procedures under its authority are publicly posted. The attitude of reception, the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures of the staff and civil servants are all checked and monitored.
The pilot model of "Friendly government, people promoting mastery" is gradually being promoted, bringing about clear changes in the operation of the local administrative apparatus. From July 1 to now, Than Sa commune has received and processed 1,187 records, of which 866 records are online, 321 records are directly processed, and nearly 100% are digitized.
Vice Chairwoman of Than Sa Commune People's Committee Luong Thi My Chai said: The public posting of administrative procedures, promotion of information technology application, implementation of modern "one-stop" and "one-stop" mechanisms have brought practical benefits to the people. Not only shortening the time to handle administrative procedures, helping people grasp the process and procedures, but also contributing to reducing negativity when handling work for people.
At the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, there are currently 16 departments, agencies and enterprises receiving and returning results of administrative procedure settlement records. Of these, there are 13 provincial agencies; 2 vertical agencies and 1 enterprise, with a total of 1,838 administrative procedures performed.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Hoa, Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, shared: The Center promotes publicity and transparency in the process of receiving, processing and returning administrative procedure results to people by promoting the application of information technology and strict regulations.

Up to now, nearly 100% of administrative procedures received at the Center have been resolved on time and before the deadline, with some departments and branches achieving 100%; 100% of them are satisfied with the service of the agencies; the digitization rate and the results of administrative procedure settlement records are high.
The whole province currently has more than 2,000 online public services and 1,800 non-administrative procedures, helping people in any locality to easily access and use public services.
In reality, it can be seen that the publicity and transparency of administrative procedures are of interest and implemented by units and localities throughout the province. The "bottlenecks" and shortcomings in resolving administrative procedures for people in the province are gradually being resolved, the satisfaction rate of people and businesses is improved.
