Recognizing Ta Van and Thanh Binh communes to meet new rural standards in 2024

Members of the Appraisal Council voted to recognize Ta Van commune and Thanh Binh commune of Sa Pa town to meet new rural standards in 2024.

Communes that meet new rural standards in 2024 will be awarded a Certificate of recognition by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman for meeting new rural standards.

This decision was issued based on the appraisal results of the Appraisal Council for communes meeting new rural standards, advanced new rural standards, and model new rural standards of Lao Cai province and the proposal of the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lao Cai province.

Recognizing communes meeting new rural standards is one of the important contents in the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the 2021-2025 period, aiming to improve the material and spiritual life of rural people, contributing to sustainable socio -economic development.
