ASG Company is leased 50 hectares of land to develop an industrial cluster in Soc Son until 2070.

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed Decision No. 2762/QD-UBND on leasing 505,950m2 of land to ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Company Limited to implement the project of investing in the construction of technical infrastructure of Industrial Cluster CN2 in Mai Dinh commune (Soc Son district).

The project implementation complies with the approved and adjusted contents in Decision No. 2794/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2020; Decision No. 2978/QD-UBND dated May 31, 2023; Decision No. 2015/QD-UBND dated April 14, 2025 of the Hanoi People's Committee.

The area leased by Hanoi City People's Committee to ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Company Limited as mentioned above has also completed site clearance as confirmed by Soc Son District People's Committee in Document No. 3372/UBND-TNMT dated December 30, 2024.

The land use term is from the date the Hanoi People's Committee signs the Land Lease Decision until June 26, 2070. The land lease method does not auction land use rights, does not bid to select investors to implement projects using land according to the provisions of Article 124 and Clause 10, Article 255, Land Law 2024.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Company Limited to contact the Department of Agriculture and Environment to determine the land rent payable; complete procedures for land lease contracts; contact the Department of Construction for instructions on construction licensing procedures according to regulations.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for determining the land rent payable, signing land lease contracts according to regulations; handing over land on the map and in the field, adjusting land changes in the cadastral records, and issuing certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to the land after the investor has fulfilled its financial obligations.

The People's Committee of Soc Son district performs the function of state management in the locality; supervises and inspects the management and use of allocated and leased land within the boundaries and landmarks; uses land for the right purposes of industrial clusters according to the provisions of law; ensures environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting according to the provisions of Vietnam Construction Standards.
