The report at the conference assessed that in the past 5 years, the emulation movements of Mang Yang Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. have been increasingly in-depth, associated with production and business tasks, contributing to the successful completion of targets and plans. Notably, in the past 5 years, the Company's latex output reached 31,250 tons, reaching 117.92% of the Group's plan (exceeding 4,750 tons), finishing 23 days ahead of the Group's output plan. The emulation movements have had a profound impact on the unit, many advanced models have been honored and rewarded. The Company has 107 initiatives and solutions that have been recognized; 217 individuals have achieved the title of emulation fighter; 1,529 collectives and 5,689 individuals have been commended and rewarded.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Huynh Kim Nhut - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group affirmed: The advanced models are the core to spread the spirit of emulation, creativity, discipline and responsibility. This is the motivation for all officers and employees to continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, overcome difficulties, contributing to building the Company to develop more and more sustainably.
On this occasion, the Company honored 76 typical individuals who have made great achievements in the production and business of the unit in the period of 2020-2025. The Vietnam Rubber Trade Union awarded 150 million VND to support 3 workers in difficult circumstances to build "Union Shelter" houses.
