Binh Thuan Electricity Company recommends that customers be wary of calls impersonating electricity employees.

Currently, in Binh Thuan province, there has been a situation where electricity customers have received calls (from phone numbers: 0818123602, 0818023284) claiming to be Electricity employees calling to request electricity bills from April 2023 to the current month, and at the same time providing information about citizen identification and personal account number to be refunded 10% of the electricity bill used.

Binh Thuan Electricity Company confirms that this is completely fake information with the aim of defrauding electricity customers.

Binh Thuan Power Company recommends to customers to be vigilant to avoid disclosure of personal information as well as the risk of financial loss. When receiving calls with signs of fraud as above, we respectfully request customers to immediately notify the Southern Power Customer Care Center 19001006 or 19009000 for coordination in handling.
