Dak Lak Electricity Company strives to fix the problem and restore power soon...

After storm No. 13 made landfall, causing extensive damage to the electricity sector, Dak Lak Electricity Company mobilized forces and equipment to promptly fix the problem and soon restore power to affected areas and people in the area.

Morning of November 8, Dak Lak Electricity Company said that as of 10:00 a.m. on November 8, the Company had restored power to 13,728 more customers. Thus, the whole province only had 124,811 customers without power; in the East alone, 122,358 customers were without power.

The number of incidents of power outages and medium voltage segments has been restored: 64 out of 113 incidents, 49 have not been restored and 1,529 distribution transformer stations are still out of power, accounting for 14.44% of the total transformer stations in the company. In the East alone, 1,456 transformer stations are out of power, accounting for 44.31% of the Eastern transformer stations.

Storm No. 13 caused 5,139 out of 10,589 transformer stations in the Company to have problems.

The area with power outage includes part of 28/102 communes and wards in the whole province, of which the East has 27/34 communes and wards; the West has 1/68 communes and wards including: Binh Kien Ward, Xuan Dai Ward, Song Cau Ward, Xuan Tho Commune, Xuan Canh Commune, Xuan Loc Commune, Dong Hoa Ward, Hoa Hiep Ward, Hoa Xuan Commune, Van Hoa Commune, Tay Son Commune, Suoi Trai Commune, Tuy An Bac Commune, Tuy An Dong Commune, O Loan Commune, Tuy An Nam Commune, Tuy An Tay Commune, Ea Ly Commune, Ea Bar Commune, Duc Binh Commune, Song Hinh Commune, Xuan Lanh Commune, Phu Mo Commune, Xuan Phuoc Commune, Dong Xuan Commune, Hoa My Commune, Son Thanh Commune, M'Drak Commune.

Currently, Dak Lak Electricity Company and units in the industry mobilized 645 people to participate in troubleshooting, including 350 local forces, 110 people mobilized from Khanh Hoa province and more than 40 specialized vehicles such as bridges, cranes, and lifts to focus on troubleshooting, ensuring power supply as soon as possible, depending on safety conditions.
