Learn about and choose alternative payment channels: Instead of paying cash at the counter, customers can use online payment methods or through the Company's partners such as payment via banking applications, Bankplus Viettel , e-wallets (such as ZaloPay, MoMo, VNPay...); automatic payment authorization at the bank.
During the transition, if there are any questions or need support, customers can directly contact the Regional Power Management Team for timely answers. The company will also have channels to receive and process feedback to best support the people.
