Dak Nong Aluminum Company organizes labor safety and hygiene competition in 2024

DNVN – The labor safety and hygiene competition is an opportunity for Dak Nong Aluminum Company – TKV to promote propaganda, raise awareness of responsibility and role of workers in the production process.

Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV has just organized the 2024 Labor Safety and Hygiene Competition, attracting 60 contestants from 12 teams from affiliated departments and workshops to participate.

Candidates practice first aid and bandaging.

The teams went through 3 rounds, including: a theoretical test; a game show where contestants rang the bell to answer questions about occupational safety and health (OSH) laws and policies; and a practical first aid and bandaging test.

In the theory test, candidates will have to answer 40 multiple choice questions prepared by the organizers and divided according to the exam block registered by the candidates. The time for candidates to answer is 30 minutes.

In the game show, the teams were divided into 3 rounds and went through 2 test contents including: knowledge of occupational safety and health policies and first aid practice, wound dressing. Each round consisted of 4 teams drawn by the organizers and divided into teams. Each team consisted of 5 contestants.

As a result, the organizing committee awarded the first prize to the crystallization workshop; the second prize to the network station workshop; and the third prize to the coal gasification workshop.

The organizing committee also awarded 9 consolation prizes to 9 excellent groups and 9 certificates of excellent hygiene and safety officers to individuals.

The 2024 Occupational Safety and Health Competition is an opportunity for Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV to promote propaganda, raise awareness of responsibility and role of workers in the production process. Dak Nong Aluminum Company has also coordinated with the Coal - Mineral Hospital to organize a periodic health check-up in 2024 for all officers, employees and workers (CBCNVNLĐ) in the company.
