DAIWA Vietnam Co., Ltd. received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee

Accordingly, on January 31, 2024, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 132/QD-TTg on awarding the National Quality Award to 22 organizations/enterprises nationwide. DAIWA Vietnam Co., Ltd. is one of the enterprises awarded the National Quality Gold Award under Decision No. 132/QD-TTg. This is a form of honor and reward from the Prime Minister for the achievements and contributions of DAIWA Vietnam Co., Ltd. in improving productivity, product and goods quality, competitiveness and efficiency of production and business activities, and integration with the regional and world economy .

In order to promptly commend and reward enterprises with outstanding achievements in productivity and quality activities of Da Nang city, on July 4, 2024, the Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee issued Decision No. 1456/QD-UBND on awarding a Certificate of Merit to DAIWA Vietnam Co., Ltd. - won the National Quality Gold Award in 2022.

At the ceremony, the City Department of Science and Technology awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee along with a bonus of 18 million VND to DAIWA Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Science and Technology Le Duc Vien said that the Vietnam National Quality Award is part of the Asia-Pacific International Quality Award system of the Asia-Pacific Quality Organization. Since its implementation in 1996, more than 2,000 enterprises nationwide have received the award, of which nearly 300 have won the National Quality Gold Award.

For Da Nang city, implementing the direction of the City People's Committee, the Department of Science and Technology, as the standing agency of the City's Preliminary Selection Council, annually presides over and closely coordinates with departments and branches, including the Management Board of the High-Tech Park and Da Nang Industrial Parks in organizing, mobilizing, guiding, evaluating and selecting enterprises to participate in the National Quality Award.

Up to now, the whole city has had 30 enterprises winning awards, including 5 National Quality Gold Awards awarded to enterprises and one enterprise winning the Asia-Pacific Quality Award (in 2019, it was the Electronic Measuring Equipment Manufacturing Center - Central Power).

"The city's enterprises that have participated and won the National Quality Gold Award in the past, including DAIWA VIETNAM Co., Ltd., are typical enterprises of the city, making many positive contributions to productivity and quality activities in particular and to the city's socio-economic development in general," emphasized Director of the Department of Science and Technology Le Duc Vien.
