The majority of voters support the arrangement of Binh Duong province, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the Report of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, regarding the arrangement of Binh Duong province, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong province has 324,426/352,072 voters representing households agreeing, reaching a rate of 92.15%; there are 2,356 voters disagreeing, accounting for a rate of 0.67%.

In Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, 294,284/296,303 voters representing households agreed, reaching a rate of 99.32%; 605 voters disagreed, accounting for a rate of 0.2%.

Ho Chi Minh City has 1,536,299/1,728,066 voters representing households agreeing, reaching a rate of 88.90%; there are 28,624 voters disagreeing, accounting for a rate of 1.66%.

The majority of voters agreed on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units.

Regarding the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee said that, through synthesizing the opinions of voters of 21 districts, towns and Thu Duc city, the results are as follows:

Total number of household representative voters: 1,726,823 voters. Total number of household representative voters participating in the poll was 1,572,518 voters, reaching 91.06%. Number of household representative voters not participating in the poll was 154,305 voters, accounting for 0.09%.

Number of voters in agreement: 1,532,891 voters, reaching 88.77%. Number of voters in disagreement: 31,928 voters, accounting for 1.85%.

In addition, the number of voters with other opinions is 5,808 voters, accounting for 0.34%. The number of invalid votes: 3,066 votes, accounting for 0.18%.

It is expected that after the administrative unit arrangement, Ho Chi Minh City will have a natural area of ​​6,772.65 ^km2 , a population of over 13.7 million people; there will be 168 commune-level administrative units, including: 113 wards, 54 communes and 1 special zone (Con Dao).
