Traffic consolidation after merger: Must have long-term vision

- After the reorganization of communes and wards, new demands for the development of transport infrastructure in larger localities have been raised to develop production and enhance trade. Therefore, communes and wards should soon plan the rural transport network, taking into account intra-commune and inter-commune connections, and plan to mobilize investment resources in a systematic, effective and synchronous manner. In particular, investing in new inter-commune and large-scale inter-village transport infrastructure to improve the overall appearance of the province's transport infrastructure in the new situation.
