There are 3 main ideas: Building the standard of Bac Giang people with 5 criteria: Intelligence - Dynamic - Compassion - Generosity - Elegance; building Bac Giang province with 3 "worthy" criteria: Worth living - Worth visiting - Loveable and building Bac Giang into a land of 3 "safe": "Security, welfare, safety". Each idea is accompanied by a series of specific solutions to implement each of those ideas.

Like Lieutenant Colonel Le Thanh Van, teacher Chu Thi Hiep, Tien Luc Primary School No. 1 (Lang Giang) proposed 17 new ideas in the fields of: Industry - services; agriculture; tourism and Party building. The ideas are all new, for example the proposal to study the construction of a wind power project in Dong Cao (Son Dong). This project not only brings economic benefits and improves the lives of local people but also helps our province affirm its position on the renewable energy map of Vietnam and the region.

A successful project will create confidence for other investors, thereby promoting capital flows into new economic sectors such as renewable energy, high technology and tourism. In particular, teacher Chu Thi Hiep proposed the Net - Zero target as a breakthrough strategy to build a green, fast-growing and sustainable Bac Giang. The province needs to develop policies and regulations to reduce emissions with strict green standards. Set mandatory emission targets by applying carbon emission limits to each enterprise with a plan to gradually reduce over time...

According to initial assessment, through the Writing Contest, the contestants have "contributed" more than 600 "new ideas" and over 500 strategic breakthroughs to participate in building and developing Bac Giang province in the new period. In addition to the two contestants Le Thanh Van and Chu Thi Hiep, a number of other outstanding contestants also had many good ideas and bold breakthroughs such as the group of contestants Than Nhan Phong and Than Thi Hien from the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies with new ideas about tourism - the economic development potential of Bac Giang province; contestant Pham Van Luu, Head of Residential Group No. 5, Tho Xuong Ward (Bac Giang City) with ideas in Party building, socio-economic development and suggesting 5 strategic breakthrough solutions for rapid and sustainable development of Bac Giang province in the period 2025-2030; contestant Do Van Lanh, lecturer at the Provincial Political School proposed the idea of ​​thoroughly solving the problem of "domestic waste in residential areas throughout the province"...

Elaborate and vivid presentation

The general feeling from the entries is that most of the contestants presented very elaborately with hundreds of photos collected and selected richly, suitable for each content. Many entries also painstakingly created charts and diagrams to demonstrate the economic growth of the province in recent times. The entries were printed, presented beautifully, clearly, bound in hard covers, and were attractive. In particular, some entries were painstakingly handwritten for 100 pages, with each stroke carefully written, showing respect for the Contest.

Typical candidates include: Chu Thi Hiep, Tien Luc Primary School No. 1 (Lang Giang); Le Bao Toan, student of Company 8, Battalion 3, Political Officer School (Ministry of National Defense); Than Nhan Phong and Than Thi Hien, Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies; Than Thi Sao Mai, specialist of the Department of Internal Affairs of Yen The district... In addition, some candidates designed additional models to display their entries, creating their own unique and meaningful features.

The contest received 53,625 entries for writing and photography, including 47,802 written entries, 5,818 photographic entries from district-level Party Committees and equivalents in the province and 5 written entries from 4 units and localities outside the province. After reviewing and judging, the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Contest selected 36 winning entries, including 20 winning entries for writing and 16 winning entries for photography.

On the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 2025), on June 14, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee held the launching ceremony of the "Bac Giang - Belief and Aspiration" contest. The contest is organized in the form of a writing contest, an online multiple-choice test, and a photo contest. After more than 10 months of launching, the contest has 53,625 entries in the writing and photo contest, including 47,802 entries from district-level Party Committees and equivalents in the province and 5 entries from 4 units and localities outside the province. Through review and judging, the Organizing Committee has selected 36 winning entries, including 20 winning entries in the writing contest and 16 winning entries in the photo contest; the award ceremony is expected to be held in early May.
