Accordingly, in Decision No. 1350/QD-BVHTTDL dated May 14, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to include the folk performing art "The art of Chhay-dam drum performance of the Khmer people in Tri Ton district and Tinh Bien town, An Giang province" in the list of national intangible cultural heritage.

Chhay-dam drums are considered an indispensable part of Khmer rituals, festivals and community activities, often performed during Chol Chnam Thmay, Dolta, Ook om bok or harvest occasions... The sound of Chhay-dam drums and dances symbolize joy, health and peace. This is also a way to unite the community, show respect for ancestors and gods in the minds of Khmer people. At the same time, it conveys historical values and the spirit of solidarity in the community to the young Khmer generation.
In Decision No. 1351/QD-BVHTTDL dated May 14, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to include the traditional festival "Tong Goi Boat Cheo Singing Festival, Tan Hoi Commune, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi City" in the List of National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Tan Hoi rowing is a unique rowing song on land of Xu Doai, a unique form of folk performance in Vietnam. The content of the songs in the rowing performance are individual songs and the response songs of the "ship" and the "statue", all to praise the merits of the Thanh Hoang Tong Goi Van Di Thanh. Tan Hoi rowing song consists of 20 melodies, divided into forms such as: Hat trinh, hat thuyen and hat bo bo.
What is special is that all the songs of the art of rowing boats have been preserved intact by the people of Tan Hoi. Despite the ups and downs and changes of history, the lyrics and melodies still maintain their position and still captivate people's hearts.

In Decision No. 1353/QD-BVHTTDL dated May 14, 2025, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to include the traditional craft "Basket weaving of the Tay people in Nghia Do commune, Bao Yen district, Lao Cai province" in the list of national intangible cultural heritage.

Products made from weaving have not only promoted their value in life but also contributed to raising the value of products in tourism development of Bao Yen district in particular and Lao Cai province in general.
These decisions come into force from the date of signing.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigns the Department of Cultural Heritage and the Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels where intangible cultural heritages are included in the list of national intangible cultural heritages, within the scope of their tasks and powers, to carry out State management in accordance with the provisions of law on cultural heritage.
