Emergency relief for people affected by storms and floods on the VNeID platform

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Ministry of Public Security has started implementing a program to join hands in emergency relief for people affected by storms No. 10 and 11, which is very simple and easy to operate on the VNeID platform from October 10.

From 10am on October 10, people can support flood victims through the VNeID platform.

Through the VNeID platform, the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (C06, Ministry of Public Security ) hopes that people across the country will support compatriots affected by storms and floods to overcome the consequences.

All information on receiving donations to support people affected by storms and floods via the VNeID platform will be received through bank accounts provided by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

According to C06, from 2024, C06 has proposed that the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other organizations to carry out relief for people affected by storms and floods through the VNeID application.

In 2024, through the Military Bank (MBBank), units received 5 billion VND; through BIDV Bank received 75.7 billion VND; through Vietcombank received more than 970 billion VND.

To support people in flood-affected areas through VNeID, account holders need to log in to the application. Then, click to access "Emergency relief program for people affected by storms and floods on the VNeID platform in 2025".

Next, citizens choose "Click here to make a donation", then choose a bank with a QR code to support through the accounts of units coordinating with C06 and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front...

Mr. Cao Xuan Thao, Head of the Social Work Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, said that through VNeID, whenever there is a natural disaster or social security movement, a habit will be formed to help people easily access, and the authorities easily manage, ensuring transparency, without errors or negligence.
