The Department of Education and Training of Thu Duc City (HCMC) announced the results of the 6th grade survey and the admission scores for 3 hot schools: Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School, Hoa Lu and Binh Tho, one day earlier than previously announced.
The standard scores for grade 6 to enter 3 schools are as follows:
Schools will have specific announcements about the schedule for receiving applications for successful candidates.
Parents can save their children's 6th grade exam scores through the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training's primary admissions portal at: https://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn/.
Then, parents go to "Enrollment Lookup" and enter information such as grade code, citizen identification number, password and security code to view scores.
From May 31 to June 1, schools will accept appeal applications (if any).
In the 2024-2025 school year, the admission score for grade 6 at Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School is 59.25; Hoa Lu Secondary School is 53.25; Binh Tho is 49.5. Thus, compared to last year, this year's admission score is lower.
On May 24, 3,536 students participated in the 6th grade entrance exam, of which Tran Quoc Toan 1 Secondary School had 1,236 students registered, the competition ratio was about 1/4; Binh Tho Secondary School had 1,094 students registered, the competition ratio was about 1/4; Hoa Lu Secondary School had 1,203 students registered, the competition ratio was approximately 1/5. This was also the school with the highest competition ratio among the 3 secondary schools organizing the 6th grade exam.
