This result was announced at the conference summarizing the campaign to implement Plan No. 515/KH-BCA-BTNMT on the national database on land, which took place on the morning of November 25. Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Phan Thai Binh chaired the conference.

According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, after a 90-day campaign, the total number of enriched and cleaned plots of land in the city is 923,970 plots.
The review and classification of land database was carried out on a total of 1,301,817 land plots across the city, divided into 3 specific groups.
Of which, group 1 (data guaranteed "correct - sufficient - clean - alive") reached 545,352 plots, a rate of 54.35%.
Group 2 (data must be edited, supplemented with information and authenticated with information on land users and owners of assets attached to land) reached 378,618 plots, a rate of 37.71%.
Group 3 (unusable data, need to be rebuilt) recorded 79,725 plots, a rate of 7.94%.
In general, the number of land plots that have been built and classified into the city's land database is 1,003,695 plots.

This campaign takes place from September 1 to November 30, 2025, with the aim of completing the city's land database to ensure the criteria of "correct - sufficient - clean - livable - unified - shared".
This is an important foundation for developing e-Government, helping to make state management of land in Da Nang transparent and effective.
Through implementation, the rate of verification and authentication of land user information reached 96.8%; the collection of certificates and citizen identification cards reached 98.85%; 100% of collected records were scanned and updated into the database.
The entire city has synchronized 1,133,871 land plots to the national database, placing it among the localities with fast progress and quality.
In the coming time, the city will continue to complete data according to Plan No. 515/KH-BCA-BNN&MT; focus on building a database for the remaining part, periodically synchronizing and connecting data.
Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Phan Thai Binh acknowledged and commended the achievements of all levels, sectors and localities.
At the same time, the 90-day campaign is evaluated to have created strong changes in the awareness and actions of the entire political system, creating a foundation for Da Nang to continue building a modern, unified, shared land database to serve people and businesses.

To complete the land database to ensure "correct - sufficient - clean - livable", the City People's Committee recommends that the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Ministry of Public Security continue to widely communicate and guide people to provide information via the VNeID application; transfer information collected from VNeID to the city for timely integration; request ministries to provide technical, legal and resource support in the next phase and have specific criteria for localities to choose the best land database operating software.
The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to continue reviewing, updating, and supplementing information; preside over guiding and urging communes and wards to update and fully edit the established database.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment needs to coordinate with relevant units to propose cutting down on some types of paperwork, immediately using existing information in the land database and population database to handle administrative procedures in the most streamlined way.
At the conference, 31 collectives and 18 individuals with outstanding achievements in the campaign were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the City People's Committee; 7 collectives received Certificates of Merit from the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
