The People's Committee of Da Nang City said that recently, with the close leadership of city leaders at all levels in removing difficulties and obstacles in the market, capital, and procedures in 2024, construction activities in the city have improved a lot.

Many real estate projects are being implemented simultaneously. Along with that, the announcement of projects with future housing eligible for sale has strongly promoted real estate activities and business, typically the Center Point Da Nang Project, the Han River Park Apartment Project, the Marina Luxury Apartment Project, the TTC Plaza Da Nang Project, the Theo Estuary Tuyen Son Complex Project, the Couple Sun Ponte Project, the Bac Cuong Tower Project, the Symphony Tower Project, the Danang Landmark Tower Project...

According to the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the construction industry is expected to continue to recover and develop well thanks to focusing on removing difficulties and obstacles, speeding up the progress of projects and works in the area.

The city has also made local adjustments to the General Planning of Da Nang City to 2030, with a vision to 2050 (at the Chi Lang Stadium Trade and Service Complex and Hoa Xuan Sports Complex); advised on canceling decisions approving land use boundary diagrams, boundary diagrams for land use right transfer, land lease, and land management allocation for 5 projects that have not yet allocated land on Son Tra peninsula.

At the same time, Da Nang is also implementing the project to expand urban space towards the sea in Da Nang Bay; appraising the dossier for local adjustment of the General Planning of Da Nang City to 2030, with a vision to 2050 (the Cultural Park and entertainment area combined with trade and services to the Southeast of the Memorial and Dong Nghe Lake area); continuing to appraise the zoning planning project of functional areas in the city...

In particular, on August 19, along with the whole country, Da Nang started and inaugurated a series of large projects, creating momentum to promote economic development. In particular, Sun Group started the super project "Da Nang Downtown" worth nearly 80,000 billion VND. The focal point of Danang Downtown is the Cultural and Entertainment Park including a theater (over 9,000m2 with 4,000 seats), a museum area, an exhibition center... It is expected that here, Sun Group will invest in international-class outdoor art performances, organize fireworks displays, and light up the night economy of the Han River city.

According to the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh, with the methodical planning and experience of the investor Sun Group, the project will be a new driving force for development, contributing to the completion of the city's tourism infrastructure. This is also a strong catalyst to promote the development of the service, trade, culture and arts sectors.

The Da Nang Downtown project was born at the right time to activate new development spaces, increase the competitiveness of the city’s economy and affirm its position as “the most worth-visiting and livable city in Vietnam,” said Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Ho Ky Minh.
