Da Nang announces for the first time 3 unique types of tourist "passports"

On August 15, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang city coordinated with relevant agencies and units to hold a press conference to announce a stimulus program to attract tourists to the city with the theme "New Da Nang - New Experience."

The program aims to promote and position the new destination of Da Nang (merged with Quang Nam province), aiming to welcome 17.3 million visitors in 2025.

For the first time, Da Nang city introduced 5 special programs and 2 completely new solutions. In particular, the program Enjoy Da Nang - Many new experiences from August 15 to October 31, 2025 stands out.

Visitors to the city during this time will receive many incentives and attractive gifts such as free admission to the city's museums; 50% discount on room rates and services at a series of major hotels; 50% discount on entrance fees and experiences at tourist areas. In particular, there will be strong discounts on combo packages for sightseeing, experiences, and resorts at multifunctional tourist areas.

Da Nang city's tourism industry also specially announced many new and unique tourism experiences such as industrial tourism to visit the automobile assembly area; tourism to visit the craft beer factory; medical tourism, health care in the Ngoc Linh ginseng growing area, Po Mu heritage garden;...

In particular, for the first time, Da Nang city coordinated with relevant units to announce 3 types of unique Da Nang tourism experience passports. These are 3 types of culinary passports (Da Nang Food Tour), heritage passports (Da Nang Heritage Tour) and green tourism passports (Da Nang Green Tour).

These three unique travel "passports" will help owners enjoy five types of direct incentives at each location, discounts or gifts depending on the time; free entrance tickets; online payment incentives; travel incentives. More specifically, the first people to collect different stamps will have the opportunity to immediately receive valuable gifts.

In parallel with the above activities, many other event and festival experiences will be held such as: National Day Celebration Program September 2, 2025: Organizing parades, performances of Ao Dai beauty, traditional arts - Da Nang Mid-Autumn Festival 2025 (From October 3 - October 6, 2025).

The end of 2025 is also the time when the tourism industry of Da Nang city decided to organize a gratitude program for tourists with the theme "I love Da Nang - I love Da Nang". Accordingly, international visitors who have been to Da Nang from 2020 to now and return will immediately receive a suitable gift bag, 10,000 vouchers based on the preferences and characteristics of each tourist market and a free esim.
