Party Congress of Power Transmission Company 3, term 2025

On the afternoon of April 4, the Party Committee of Power Transmission Company 3 held the 8th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tung - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of the National Power Transmission Corporation attended the congress.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Power Transmission Company 3 has successfully completed the targets set by the congress resolution. From the beginning of the term to December 2024, 65 party members were admitted, an increase of 25 party members compared to the target for the entire term. Every year, 100% of affiliated party cells complete and complete their tasks well. Regarding the results of leadership in implementing political tasks: The power transmission grid system operates safely and stably; has completed the conversion of 20/20 220kV transformer stations to remote operation mode and unmanned operation. The accumulated commercial electricity output in 5 years reached 35.232 billion kWh, investing in the construction of 91 projects. In Khanh Hoa, the unit is managing and operating 393km of power lines and 4 transformer stations with a capacity of 3,153MVA, contributing positively to the growth in the electricity production sector in particular and the province's industry in general.

Delegates voted to elect the new Executive Committee.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Power Transmission Company 3 will continue to lead and direct more comprehensively and closely in all production, business and investment activities; promote the sense of responsibility and exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially leaders. In addition, it will strengthen decentralization and delegation of authority; strongly apply artificial intelligence (AI) in all stages of operation; and implement business arrangement and innovation towards streamlining and efficiency.

The new Executive Committee was introduced to the Congress.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tung assessed that in the past term, the Party Committee of Power Transmission Company 3 has performed well as the political core, overcoming many difficulties and challenges, leading the unit to achieve many important results, contributing practically to the development of the National Power Transmission Corporation. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tung suggested that the Party Committee of the company needs to clearly define the leadership role of the Party Committee in all areas of operation; need to lead more comprehensively and closely in all production and business activities, promote the sense of responsibility and exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially leaders; encourage cadres to dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility. In particular, innovate the organizational model, optimize production and business processes to improve operational efficiency; apply digital technology and artificial intelligence to reduce paperwork processing time, simplify administrative procedures; Pay attention to stabilizing the material and spiritual life of staff, ensuring harmonious and progressive labor relations; train a team of highly qualified technical staff and good experts in the field of power transmission; pay attention to the development of young party members, and improve the quality of party cell activities.

The Congress elected an Executive Committee of 15 members. The first Party Executive Committee meeting elected a Standing Committee of the Party Committee consisting of 5 members; Mr. Nguyen Cong Thang - Party Committee Secretary, Director of Power Transmission Company 3 continued to be elected as Party Committee Secretary for the 2025 - 2030 term. The Congress also elected 25 official delegates and 3 alternate delegates to attend the 4th National Power Transmission Corporation Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
