The 12th Party Congress of Division 325 was a great success.

The political report at the Congress affirmed: During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Division 325 has comprehensively led and directed all aspects of work, achieving many outstanding achievements. The Party Committee always maintains solidarity and unity, strictly implementing the principle of democratic centralism.

Political and ideologicaleducation work has been innovated, 90.85% of party members have completed their tasks well and excellently. For 5 consecutive years (2020-2025), the Division Party Committee has achieved exemplary clean and strong status.

Division 325 always strictly maintains combat readiness, effectively handles situations, ensures absolute safety, and avoids being passive or surprised. Combat plans are supplemented and completed to suit the actual situation. 100% of officers and soldiers complete the training program according to their level, of which 86.7% achieve good and excellent results, exceeding the Resolution's target by 1.7%.

The command, staff and field exercises all achieved good results, highly appreciated by the 12th Corps and the Ministry of National Defense . The Division has effectively implemented breakthroughs in building discipline, enforcing discipline and the law. The rate of regular disciplinary violations has decreased to less than 0.2%, with no serious incidents. Fully and promptly ensuring logistics needs for tasks, especially in preventing and combating natural disasters and epidemics. Technical assurance work has met 100% of requirements, maintaining good technical coefficients of motorbikes, weapons and equipment.

The congress discussed and deeply analyzed the achievements and limitations that need to be overcome in the coming term.

Regarding the direction, goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, the Division Party Committee focuses on leading the implementation of three breakthroughs: building a lean, strong, and modern Division; innovating and improving the quality of training; promoting the building of discipline, law enforcement, ensuring safety and digital transformation. Strive to build a exemplary clean and strong Party Committee.

The Congress also determined to promote the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on science, technology and innovation development, while strengthening cooperation with localities in performing tasks.

Speaking at the Congress, Major General Le Xuan Thuan acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Party Committee of Division 325 during the past term, especially in combat readiness, training and Party building.

He emphasized: “In the context of complicated developments in the world and region, Division 325 needs to continue to promote the tradition of 'Solidarity, resilience, speed, boldness, determination to win' to build a comprehensively strong unit that is 'Exemplary and typical'”.

He requested that in the next term, the Party Committee of Division 325 should focus on strengthening political and ideological education, building a contingent of cadres and soldiers with strong political will, ready to receive and complete all tasks; innovate leadership methods, improve command capacity, apply digital technology in management and training; strictly manage discipline, prevent serious violations, and build the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the hearts of the people.

With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the Congress elected the Party Executive Committee of Division 325 for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 15 comrades, ensuring standards of quality, capacity, prestige, demonstrating inheritance and innovation.

At the first meeting, the Executive Committee elected a Standing Committee of 5 comrades; elected Colonel Pham Hong Doanh, Political Commissar of the Division to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary; Colonel Nguyen Hai Ngu, Division Commander to hold the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretary.

The Congress also elected a delegation to attend the 1st Party Congress of the 12th Army Corps, consisting of 36 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates.

The 12th Party Congress of Division 325, term 2025-2030, passed the Congress Resolution with high consensus, which is the guideline for the Party Committee to lead the Division to successfully carry out its tasks in the new period. All cadres, party members and soldiers of Division 325 are determined to promote tradition, strive to build a "Revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern" Division, contributing to firmly protecting the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam in the new situation.
