In 2024, the Company's charter capital will reach over 304.6 billion VND; the State budget contribution will be over 24 billion VND, reaching 132% of the target of the 2024 Shareholders' Meeting Resolution; investment and purchase of means of transport for production and business activities with a total value of over 7.6 billion VND; the average income of employees will reach 8.25 million VND/person/month; policies and regimes for officers, employees and workers will be fully implemented in accordance with regulations.

In 2025, the Company will continue to improve the benefits of the unit, shareholders and employees; preserve and develop the State's capital and assets at the enterprise to reach over 304.6 billion VND; increase accumulation and develop production and business; mobilize and use resources to organize production and business effectively to maximize profits, strive for after-tax profits to reach 2.6 billion VND; improve working conditions, increase income and material and spiritual life for employees, strive for salaries to reach 8.5 million VND/person/month; ensure maximum benefits for shareholders; fulfill all obligations to the State budget, contributing to the socio -economic development of the province.
