Cuban Ambassador: April 30 Victory is a Great Miracle

The April 30 victory is an extraordinary testament to the will, intelligence and solidarity of the Vietnamese people, under the leadership of the Party and the legacy of Ho Chi Minh, to achieve complete victory in the South and realize the dream of national reunification.
