Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc (Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police) was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, replacing Colonel Nguyen The Hung who returned to the Ministry of Public Security to take up a new assignment.
This afternoon (November 4), in Khanh Hoa province, the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work was handed over to Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc by Deputy Minister of Public Security - Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen.
Colonel Nguyen The Hung - Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police - was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Security of the Ministry of Public Security.
At the announcement ceremony, Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen shared that Colonel Hung and Colonel Phuoc both have many years of experience in the police force and have undertaken many different tasks. During their work, the two officers have played their roles well and completed their assigned tasks.
Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc was born in 1976, from Hai Duong province. He used to work at the Department of Organization and Personnel - Ministry of Public Security. From November 2019, he was transferred and appointed as Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police.
Colonel Nguyen The Hung was born in 1969 and is from Quang Tri province. He used to work at the Department of Foreign Security - Ministry of Public Security. He was then transferred and appointed as Deputy Director and then Director of Ninh Thuan Provincial Police. From April 2022 to present, he has been transferred to hold the position of Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.
