Vietnam Television celebrates 53 years since first television program was broadcast

Over half a century with the continuous efforts of many generations, Vietnam Television has developed comprehensively, in line with global trends.

This is also a very meaningful occasion for each officer, civil servant and employee of Vietnam Television to review VTV's proud 53-year tradition, and to work together to make Vietnam Television increasingly develop and grow.

Speaking at the anniversary event, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Party Secretary, General Director of VTV shared: "Today's program is an opportunity for us to review together the 53-year journey of many ups and downs but also very proud of VTV. This is also an opportunity for us to remember and show gratitude to the previous generations who have contributed to VTV's maturity and position as a national television station like today".

Besides, General Director Le Ngoc Quang also emphasized that although the current period is difficult and full of challenges, thanks to the solidarity, consensus, creativity and innovation of the staff and workers, VTV always strives to achieve the best results and has outstanding successes in all aspects.
