( Bqp.vn ) - On the evening of December 11, in Hanoi, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army directed the Army Radio and Television Center to coordinate with agencies and units to organize the art and political exchange program "Forever the Faith", on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024). General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense participated in the program.

The program is broadcast live on Vietnam National Defense Television Channel, a number of channels, radio and television stations of provinces and cities and livestreamed on digital platforms.

Part 2: “North and South are one family, the country is one strip”: The development in all aspects of the General Department of Politics, the role and contribution of the political cadres, Party work, political work in the resistance war against the US, saving the country, the battles to protect the Fatherland's borders and fulfill the noble international duty; depicting the outstanding marks of Party work, political work in the 30-year long resistance war and in the two battles to protect the border. Part 3: “Building a political elite Army”: Important contributions of the General Department of Politics, maintaining and strengthening the absolute, direct leadership in all aspects of the Party over the Army in the period of innovation and international integration; taking building a politically strong Army as the basis for improving the overall quality and combat strength of the Army; promoting the qualities of “Uncle Ho's soldiers”, resolutely fighting against individualism, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, continuing to maintain and promote the glorious tradition of the General Department of Politics.
