Dak Lak urges completion of Component Project 3, Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway

Having handed over 100% of the site, Dak Lak province requested to mobilize maximum resources and compensate for delayed volume to complete component project 3, Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway phase 1.

On October 27, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak , Mr. Truong Cong Thai signed a document to urge, speed up progress and remove obstacles at key projects in the province.

Accordingly, after inspecting the actual construction of the Buon Ho Town General Hospital project, Dak Lak province; the Ho Chi Minh Road construction investment project, the eastern bypass of Buon Ma Thuot city; Component 3 project of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway construction investment project, phase 1, Dak Lak province leaders requested the units to continue to speed up the project progress.

For Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project Phase 1 and the Ho Chi Minh Road Construction Investment Project, the eastern bypass section of Buon Ma Thuot City, 100% of the site has been received.

Vice Chairman of Dak Lak, Mr. Truong Cong Thai requested the Provincial Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Traffic Works and Rural Development to resolutely direct contractors and supervision consultants to focus on mobilizing all financial, machinery and human resources to construct the project.

In particular, it is necessary to organize construction in 3 shifts and 4 teams scientifically to speed up progress, make up for the delayed volume, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Component project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project Phase 1, with the People's Committee of Dak Lak province as the managing agency, has a total route length of 48.09km; total investment capital of VND 6,165 billion.

According to the report of the Dak Lak Province Traffic Construction Investment and Agricultural Development Project Management Board, as of October 16, the project has reached more than 71.8% of the construction contract value, equivalent to VND 3,084 billion/VND 4,293 billion, but is still about 4.7% behind the set plan.

Regarding public investment disbursement, the project has so far implemented 3,078 billion VND, reaching 71.35% of the total allocated capital to date; the capital plan for 2025 alone reaches about 39.5%.
