Attending and directing the conference were comrades: Major General Tran Thanh Hai, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 5, Deputy Commander of Military Region 5; Colonel Do Thanh Xuan, Deputy Chief of Politics of Military Region 5.

At the conference, delegates listened to and discussed the collective review report of the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee and individual members of the Standing Committee and Party Committee.

Accordingly, in 2025, the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the regulations and instructions of the superiors, built the regulations of the Provincial Military Party Committee, the Regional Defense Command, the Border Guard Command; strengthened leadership, implemented the principle of democratic centralism, promoted the spirit of internal solidarity, and comprehensively implemented all aspects of work in the provincial Party Committee and armed forces.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Tran Thanh Hai, Deputy Commander of Military Region 5, praised the seriousness and receptiveness in the review of the Standing Committee and individuals.

At the same time, he emphasized that the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee has clearly demonstrated its role as the center of solidarity and the nucleus of leadership of the armed forces, proactively advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to direct the implementation of national defense, military and border work to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
