Quickly remove difficulties and focus on completing key projects

Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh highly appreciated Dak Lak's proactiveness and efforts in carrying out socio -economic development tasks after administrative unit rearrangement; commended the province's urgent spirit in preventing storm No. 13. The Deputy Prime Minister requested Dak Lak province to continue to count the damage caused by storms and rains, mobilize all resources to focus on overcoming the consequences and propose the Central Government to support more resources to soon stabilize people's lives.

The Deputy Prime Minister stated: Recently, the merger of Phu Yen province with Dak Lak province has opened up new development space with many potentials and advantages. In the coming time, Dak Lak province needs to focus and be more determined in directing and operating to comprehensively complete socio-economic development targets. The province will make additional adjustments to the post-merger planning in the direction of highlighting competitive advantages, promoting the potentials and strengths of the locality, especially implementing well the planning of traffic; service tourism areas; economic zones; industrial parks... to create new development momentum for the locality.

Regarding public investment, the province needs to quickly resolve difficulties, focus on completing plans for key projects and projects with great momentum to contribute to socio-economic development. The province needs to establish working groups to go directly to the projects to resolve difficulties for the projects. Investors need to resolutely work with contractors, find solutions to speed up construction progress to complete the plan for disbursing public investment capital.

Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh requested Dak Lak province to continue to remove difficulties in implementing two-level local government; further improve the investment and business environment, reform administrative procedures, create all favorable conditions to call for investment and business development, especially calling for large corporations and enterprises to invest in the province. The province focuses on removing bottlenecks, promoting economic restructuring towards increasing productivity, quality, efficiency and sustainability; pay more attention to social security work and people's lives in remote areas, ethnic minority areas...

Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, requested authorities at all levels, departments, branches and relevant units to absorb the Deputy Prime Minister's instructions. Relevant parties resolutely implement solutions to ensure the disbursement plan for public investment capital; remove bottlenecks in the implementation of two-level local government; and strive to fulfill the assigned tasks and targets for socio-economic development.

Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai informed that after more than 4 months of operating the new apparatus, the province's socio-economic situation continued to maintain growth momentum, some targets exceeded the set scenario, especially exports were completed and exceeded the yearly plan. The province's GRDP growth in 2025 is estimated at 7.2%. Total state budget revenue in 2025 is estimated at 15,535 billion VND. By the end of October 2025, the province had disbursed public investment capital at 45.5% of the plan. Social security policies, care for people with meritorious services and poverty reduction were implemented comprehensively and effectively and achieved many outstanding results. It is expected that by the end of 2025, the poverty rate in the whole province will decrease to 2.08%, the poverty rate among ethnic minorities will decrease to 10%...
