Accordingly, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee received the original status of the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department and reorganized it into the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department under the Department of Industry and Trade.

Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department was received in its original state and reorganized into the Market Management Sub-Department under the Dak Lak Department of Industry and Trade.

According to the decision of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department is an administrative organization with legal status, its own seal and account in accordance with the provisions of law; under the direct direction and management of the Department of Industry and Trade in terms of organization, staffing and operation. At the same time, it is subject to the direction, guidance, inspection and examination of professional expertise of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Regarding the organizational structure, the leadership level has a branch director and deputy branch director (the number of deputies is implemented according to current legal regulations); There are 2 specialized departments after the merger, including the Organization - Finance Department, the Professional - General Department; there are 6 market management teams. Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee also reorganized the organizational structure of the Department of Industry and Trade. In particular, the leadership level of the department has a director and deputy directors (the number of deputies is implemented according to current legal regulations).

After reorganization, Dak Lak Market Management Department, in addition to the leadership of the department head and deputy department head, also has 2 specialized departments and 6 market management teams.

The Director of the Department is the head of the Department, responsible to the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and before the law for the performance of the functions, tasks and powers of the Department; performs the tasks and powers of a member of the Provincial People's Committee according to the working regulations and assignments of the Provincial People's Committee. The Deputy Director of the Department assists the Director of the Department in performing one or several specific tasks assigned by the Director of the Department, is responsible to the Director of the Department and before the law for the performance of assigned tasks.
