TTH.VN - On the morning of May 26, Thua Thien Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company (HueWACO) held a conference on safe water supply (CNAT) and cashless payment in 2023.

With a system of 30 water plants and a pipeline network managed by HueWACO, the total average exploitation capacity has reached 221,000 m3/day and night, of which the rate of clean water loss and revenue loss is 14.5%; the rate of urban population supplied with clean water is 98.74% and the total urban population supplied with clean water from centralized water supply works is 607,638 people. Centralized water supply works managed by HueWACO have been expanded, linked, and connected to both urban and rural areas, creating a common clean water supply network to serve people's daily life to ensure safety; in the period of 2021-2025, we will continue to invest in upgrading and expanding centralized water supply works in the province to serve the clean water supply reaching nearly 100% for people to use.

At the conference, HueWACO representatives presented papers on water supply planning; application of advanced technology in water treatment to ensure CNAT; improvement of customer service quality and cashless payment; CNAT and cashless payment strategy of HueWACO. In addition, representatives of service providers also introduced Agribank-HueWACO cashless payment support services in rural areas; support and promotion of cashless payment via Payoo e-wallet payment channel; digital transformation application - promotion of cashless payment via HUE-S...
