Ensuring the High School Graduation Exam in Ha Tinh takes place seriously and safely

This year, the Ha Tinh Specialized High School exam site has 586 candidates; 25 exam rooms are arranged; 83 officers, teachers, and staff are in charge of invigilation and ensuring exam safety. The Nguyen Du Secondary School exam site has 567 candidates; 25 exam rooms are arranged; 78 officers, teachers, and staff are in charge of invigilation and ensuring exam safety.

Ly Tu Trong High School exam site has 736 candidates; 31 exam rooms are arranged; 91 officers, teachers, and staff are invigilators and ensure exam safety.

The inspection shows that the examination sites have completed preparations in terms of facilities and human resources to successfully organize the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

At the inspection, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Steering Committee and the examination councils in carefully preparing human resources, facilities and backup plans to best serve the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested units and localities to closely follow the direction of the province and the guidance of the Department of Education and Training to carefully review the preparation work, creating the best conditions for students to feel secure and confident when entering the exam and achieve the highest results.

At the same time, develop plans to ensure security, order, traffic safety, and fire and explosion prevention; have effective solutions to prevent the use of high technology for cheating; absolutely do not allow negativity to arise in the organization of the exam.

There must be plans to deal with severe weather and unusual situations. The province will create favorable conditions and support candidates at the examination sites, so that no candidate will have to drop out of the exam due to economic difficulties, travel difficulties or other objective obstacles.

"Although we are in the process of rearranging administrative units, this is an important task of the locality, but we absolutely must not let this work affect the exam. All levels, sectors and localities must ensure that the exam takes place smoothly in all aspects, maintaining seriousness and meticulousness from the preparation to the organization stages, ensuring the highest quality, accurately reflecting the learning capacity of students. Any changes in the administrative structure must not cause any disruption or obstacle for candidates and the exam invigilation and grading work" - the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized.

In the 2025 high school graduation exam, at the Examination Council of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh, there were 17,357 candidates registered to take the exam. The whole province arranged 36 exam sites, with 3,079 people on duty.

Ha Tinh has issued a Decision to establish a Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. The Steering Committee has issued a specific plan and announced clear assignment of tasks, assigning responsibilities to each member in coordinating the organization of the exam. At the same time, it has directed relevant departments, branches and units to prepare facilities and necessary conditions to organize the exam to ensure absolute safety, seriousness, honesty, objectivity and compliance with regulations.

The propaganda work on the purpose, meaning and basic content of the exam has also been promoted.Educational institutions are directed to organize for candidates to register for the exam, notify, guide and answer specifically so that candidates clearly understand the time, place of registration and related content. The teaching plan, assessment and classification of students at educational institutions are also implemented to ensure compliance with regulations, and review for students is organized effectively.
