According to the Agenda of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, on the morning of Tuesday (June 24), the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall and voted to pass: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese Nationality; Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the People's Procuracy in initiating civil lawsuits to protect the civil rights of vulnerable groups or to protect public interests; Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended).

Next, the National Assembly discussed the draft Law on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters. After that, the National Assembly held a separate meeting to discuss the arrangement of sources for payment of debts under the Government 's responsibility at the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC).

In the afternoon, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall, voting to pass: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of People's Courts; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of People's Procuracies; Resolution of the National Assembly on the mechanism for handling difficulties and problems caused by legal provisions; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies; Resolution of the National Assembly on the National Assembly's Supervision Program in 2026.

At the same time, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the results of the supervision of the settlement of voters' petitions sent to the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly (the meeting was televised and broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam ).
