The Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board held the 7th Congress, term 2025

According to the political report at the congress, the Party Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board has promoted the Party's leadership role well; effectively deployed and implemented the Party's resolutions and the State's policies and laws.

Implementing the Resolution of the 6th Congress, term 2020 - 2025, the Party Committee of the Economic Zone Management Board led and directed the completion and over-fulfillment of 7/8 goals and targets (reaching 88%) set by the Congress. The Party Committee has always been recognized as a clean and strong grassroots party organization, successfully completing assigned tasks.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board continues to identify border gate economic development and industrial production development as two important economic development pillars of Lao Cai province.

Speaking at the congress, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Sinh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the results and achievements that the cadres and Party members of the Economic Zone Management Board Party Committee achieved in the past term. In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the new Party Committee to fully absorb the spirit of the Congress Resolution. In particular, it is necessary to focus on strengthening the leadership of the Party Committee, closely following the functions and tasks of the Party Committee and the directives and instructions of the superiors to specify the assigned goals and tasks.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Party Executive Committee and the leaders of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board to continue to lead and implement well the work of cadres according to the regulations on decentralization of cadre management; continue to innovate and improve the quality of political and ideological education for cadres and party members; well implement the regulations on party member management, internal political protection, etc.

The 7th Executive Committee was introduced to the congress.

Implementing the provisions of the Party Charter and the Party Election Regulations, the congress elected the 7th Party Executive Committee consisting of 9 comrades and elected a delegation of delegates to attend the 1st Provincial Party Congress.
