VINFORMATION 2025 is a social science book creation contest organized by Vinschool Ocean Park High School for middle and high school students nationwide. With the theme “Pieces of Vietnam”, VINFORMATION 2025 encourages students to create books and digital products to honor the diverse beauty of the country through the lens of history, geography and culture.


The contest attracted 125 teams from high schools nationwide, of which 6 teams entered the final round. At the award ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, and 3 Special Prizes to the outstanding entries.

The First Prize was awarded to a group of students from Lao Cai High School for the Gifted, including 5 participating students: Nguyen Khanh Linh, Le Thu Trang, Tan Dieu Thao, Vu Thi Thu Trang, Dam Bien Thuy, with the work "Footsteps to preserve the soul of the clan".
The work is a record of the cultural identity of ethnic groups in Lao Cai in particular and Vietnam in general, focusing on exploiting 3 typical festivals: Roong Pooc Festival of the Giay ethnic group, Cap Sac Ceremony of the Red Dao ethnic group, and Thuong Temple Festival - a spiritual symbol of the Fatherland's border.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, a History teacher at Lao Cai Province High School for the Gifted - who directly guided the group of students in creating the work, said: By participating in the contest, students have improved their understanding of national culture and local history, while clearly demonstrating their spirit and responsibility, contributing to spreading traditional cultural values. The contest also helps students apply interdisciplinary knowledge: History - Geography - Vietnamese Studies to practice, promoting problem-solving, research and creativity.
