The Party Committee of Bac Nghe An Irrigation Company Limited successfully organized the Congress for the term 2025

The Congress was attended by 171 official party members, 6 probationary party members and delegates.

During the 2020 - 2025 term, under the direct leadership of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee and the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, along with the close direction of the Provincial People's Committee leaders and departments, the Company's Party Committee has led the unit to fully complete the targets set out in the Congress Resolution, ensuring safe and effective operation of the irrigation system, serving irrigation for Yen Thanh, Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Do Luong districts and Hoang Mai town.

The work of reviewing, checking and managing the irrigation system is carried out synchronously, closely following the actual water use of the people, thereby improving production efficiency, accepting the irrigation area closely matching the actual situation and annual revenue meeting all production costs. In particular, the Company has tightened the management of raw water supply to water plants in the area, contributing to increasing revenue and ensuring the rights of workers.

In addition, investment and upgrading of infrastructure are focused. In the past term, the Company's Party Committee has effectively mobilized capital from the JICA Project and Medium-term Capital for 2021-2025 to solidify hundreds of kilometers of canals, repair and upgrade lakes and dams, actively contributing to the production and business of the unit and the new rural construction program of the province.

The company also promotes administrative reform, digital transformation, and technology application in production and management; carries out political and ideological education well; builds a strong contingent of cadres and party members, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization. Inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work within the Party are carried out seriously and effectively. In 2023, the Party organization was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc for its outstanding achievements in developing party members.

In the past time, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Bac Nghe An Irrigation Company Limited have always seriously and fully implemented the policies and regimes directly related to employees such as: recruitment, arrangement, and assignment of labor in accordance with qualifications and capacity; organizing training and fostering to improve professional skills; correctly and fully implementing the regimes on salary, bonus, income, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, profit distribution, and contribution to various funds according to regulations.

Thanks to the synchronous implementation of the above solutions, the income of employees in the Company is stable, creating motivation for officers and employees to feel secure in their work, stay with the unit for a long time, contributing to improving labor productivity, production and business efficiency and building a sustainable business.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, with the spirit of "Democracy - Discipline - Solidarity - Dynamism - Innovation", the Company's Party Committee sets out the direction and goal of enhancing the Party's comprehensive leadership role in all aspects of production and business activities; continuing to promote the application of science and technology in the management and effective exploitation of irrigation works; developing human resources, especially high-quality human resources.

The Party Committee has identified key targets: ensuring safe operation of the irrigation system and natural disaster prevention in the entire area under its management; including the Do Luong system, 23 reservoirs and related works and systems. At the same time, seriously and effectively carry out the task of natural disaster prevention in the districts of Do Luong, Yen Thanh, Dien Chau, Quynh Luu and Hoang Mai town.

Fulfill 100% of tax obligations; ensure 100% of employees have stable jobs, enjoy full benefits and policies according to regulations; strive to exceed planned revenue targets in the fields of irrigation, raw water supply, industrial services and other activities.

At the Party Congress of the Bac Nghe An Irrigation Company Limited for the 2025-2030 term. The Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Party Committee announced the decision to appoint an executive committee of 11 members and a standing committee of 2 members. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Long was elected to hold the position of Party Secretary for the 2025-2030 term.
