The political report and speeches at the congress assessed that during the past term, the Party Committee of Missile Regiment 282 had comprehensively led and directed, completed the set targets and tasks, and had many tasks completed well and excellently.

Notably, the Party Committee has led and strictly maintained the combat readiness regime and order, and airspace management; the quality, level, and combat readiness capability of the Regiment have been substantially and firmly improved. Every year, the Regiment organizes training and participates in sports competitions, competitions, drills, and live-fire exercises organized by the Division, Service, and Ministry of National Defense, all of which have achieved excellent results, won prizes, and are absolutely safe. The Party building work has been seriously and effectively implemented. The logistics, technical, and financial work for regular and ad hoc tasks has been timely and effective.

With the results achieved, during the term, there were 3 years when the Regiment achieved the title of "Determined to Win Unit", the Party Committee excellently completed and fulfilled its tasks well; from 2020 to 2024, the Regiment and 4/4 squads achieved the title of excellent training unit.
