Arriving at Warehouse 182, we encountered a very urgent working atmosphere. In the late afternoon, the sun was scorching, the soldiers' shirts were soaked with sweat, but they were still absorbed in practicing the training of deploying lightning rods to ensure safety for the PSG-600 field fuel system. Some officers, employees, and soldiers were receiving oil and grease, while other departments were organizing the maintenance of the PHY-35/70 pumps.

In reality, we found that in the condition of dispersed military units, the warehouse system, technology and technical equipment and means have been increasingly degraded over many years of use, and the assigned tasks are quite heavy.

To successfully complete the above assigned tasks, the unit focuses on innovation and improvement of training quality according to the Resolutions of Party Committees at all levels, especially Resolution No. 498-NQ/DU of the Party Committee of Warehouse 182 on improving the quality of training work in the period 2023-2030.

Thanks to the active innovation of training programs, content, and methods; the emphasis on synchronous and in-depth training, focusing on practice, promoting the application of information technology, prioritizing professional training for young staff, mastering technological processes, new equipment and technical means, the unit has completed 100% of the training content and programs. Participation in fire prevention and fighting drills and joint training has been highly appreciated by leaders at all levels.

Officers and soldiers of Warehouse 84 and Warehouse 182 organized the reception of lubricants.

The unit is responsible for repairing and upgrading warehouses, technological processes, completing 100% of the plan; maintaining and repairing 5 oil tanks at Warehouse A1; locally painting oil tanks; cleaning oil tanks...

The repair and upgrading of the tank warehouse is carried out according to plan, ensuring absolute quality and safety. The construction of the petroleum warehouse is in a standardized and modern direction, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Warehouse 182 performs daily warehouse technical inspection.

The work of combat readiness is closely led and directed. Strictly comply with the regulations and regimes of combat readiness, especially the number of troops on duty at combat readiness, command duty, and professional duty. Increase surprise inspections of the work of stationing troops on guard, managing weapons and ammunition, especially units stationed far away such as Warehouse A1.

Timely develop, adjust, supplement documents and organize drills on combat readiness, fire prevention, rescue and relief plans. Ability to respond to and resolve combat situations is enhanced.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Vu Hong Long, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Warehouse 182, during the past term, political education and legal dissemination work always closely followed the unit's orientation and tasks, with many innovations in content, form, and methods, suitable for each subject, and quality was gradually improved.

The unit completed 100% of the political education content and program for the subjects, 100% of the annual test results met the requirements, of which more than 92% achieved good and excellent results.

Agencies and units proactively grasp, manage, orient, unify awareness and action for cadres and soldiers, properly resolve ideological situations; maintain daily political and spiritual cultural activities, democratic dialogue activities are maintained in accordance with regulations.

With the slogan "Proactive, creative, overcoming difficulties", in recent years, officers and soldiers of Petroleum Depot 182 have actively researched and promoted technical innovation initiatives to improve quality and efficiency in performing tasks.

In recent days, officers and soldiers of Warehouse 182 actively prepared forces and means, organized professional training, and were ready to receive, operate, and exploit warehouse 85 effectively and absolutely safely.”
