In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the 80th Information Brigade, Military Region 4 has led the unit to basically complete the set goals, targets, and tasks. Training quality and the ability to ensure communications have been improved; the task of ensuring regular, mobile, and television communications in all situations has been excellently completed.

Disciplinary management has been in-depth and substantial, with no serious incidents and the unit being absolutely safe. Logistics, technical and financial work has been well ensured; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations have been enhanced; mass organizations and military councils have been strong and function properly; democracy has been promoted more widely.

The Congress determined that in the 2025-2030 term, it will focus on thoroughly leading, thoroughly implementing the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels. Promoting democracy, strengthening solidarity, maintaining discipline and order; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; focusing on improving the overall quality and combat readiness level, ensuring smooth and solid communication; building a strong and comprehensive Brigade that is "Exemplary and typical", successfully completing all assigned tasks. Strive for the Brigade to receive the Emulation Flag of the Military Region and the Ministry of National Defense every year.

The Congress also determined that in the coming term, it will focus on two breakthroughs: "Training quality, ensuring communication and television associated with the application of science and technology and digital transformation" and "Ideological management; promoting democracy, building high solidarity and unity within the unit".

Speaking at the congress, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, praised and acknowledged the results achieved by the Brigade Party Committee in the past term. The Deputy Commander of Military Region 4 emphasized that in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the 80th Information Brigade has led the training, combat readiness, and communication assurance work in missions, especially urgent missions such as drills, natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, forest fires, etc. Party and political activities have been organized and effective, especially mass mobilization work and new rural construction. The Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the good assurance of logistics and technical work, etc.

In the spirit of solidarity and democracy, the congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 13 comrades; elected a delegation to attend the 12th Military Region Party Congress, consisting of 8 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate. Colonel Tran Hoai Nam, Political Commissar of the Brigade, was elected to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary; Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Dinh Thang, Brigade Commander, was elected to hold the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretary.
