Implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo, in recent times, the Party Committee of the Border Guard of Hai Phong city has focused on leading and directing the synchronous implementation of many specific and effective solutions, creating clear changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members and soldiers of the entire force. Party committees and party organizations in the entire Party Committee have seriously grasped the direction of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Border Guard Command and the Hai Phong City Party Committee; and developed implementation plans close to the actual situation and tasks of each unit. The content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is concretized and closely linked with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII, XIII), Directive No. 87-CT/QUTW, the emulation movements "Determined to Win" and the emulation movement "Hai Phong Border Guard follows Uncle Ho's words", creating motivation to promote the entire force to successfully complete assigned political tasks.
Through the implementation process, many good models and creative ways have been built and replicated by Hai Phong Border Guard such as: "Border Guard Working Group to help people overcome difficulties", "Practice according to Uncle Ho's Six Teachings", "Support poor students in coastal border areas"... Propaganda work has been promoted through seminars, thematic activities, competitions, performances, attracting the active participation of cadres, soldiers and people. Studying and following Uncle Ho has contributed to improving political qualities, ethics, sense of responsibility, awareness of serving the people and successfully completing the task of protecting sovereignty and security of sea and island borders. Many outstanding collectives and individuals have been commended, creating a widespread influence throughout the force.
At the conference to summarize the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the Party Committee of the City Border Guard identified this as a key political task that needs to be implemented in a practical and effective manner, in conjunction with the implementation of the unit's political tasks, patriotic emulation movements and the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period. Propaganda and education work must always be focused on, in order to discover and replicate good models, typical examples. Outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho must be promptly commended and rewarded, creating a widespread influence throughout the force.
Faced with the requirements of the new situation, the Hai Phong City Border Guard Party Committee determined to continue promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in association with building a clean and strong Party Committee; a comprehensively strong "Exemplary, typical" unit; promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period. Focus on raising awareness and responsibility of cadres and party members; strengthen the exemplary role of leaders; innovate the content and form of study, propaganda and application of Ho Chi Minh's ideology into practical tasks. At the same time, step up inspection and supervision; replicate typical models and effective methods; promptly commend and reward outstanding collectives and individuals; resolutely and thoroughly overcome limitations and weaknesses, contributing to the successful completion of all assigned tasks./
